Era: WWII era (circa 1930-1950)
Condition: very good; light aging and discoloration; suitable for both wear and display
Measurements: 18″ x 8″ including lace
Additional Notes: White cotton with handmade lace and pulled thread embroidery designs. A unique example of an all white collar from this area which would have been worn with a blouse that was also decorated with similar white embroidery. White was often worn by girls and young women; however, as shown in the last photo, this type of collar was also worn by married women during specific times of the year such or as necessitated by family situations.
