Condition: very good; some missing beads and sequins; suitable for both wear and display
Measurements: 18.5″ length of lace across front
Additional Notes: Beautifully hand embroidered and embellished with tiny glass beads and wide handmade bobbin lace on the front. The cap dates to the early 20th century and is in very nice condition with some missing beads/sequins and a bit of damage to some of the remaining sequins. The are no holes, stains or tears, and this would be a beautiful display piece or it is still sturdy enough to be worn for special occasions. A stunning example of the local handcraft.
