Condition: very good; minor age spotting and light wear; suitable for both wear and display
Measurements (with garments laying flat):
   Across front: approximately 21″ between underarms without fully stretching the pleats
   Length: 13″
Additional Notes: Traditional style blouse with finely pleated front and back. A number of the villages in this region has similarly pleated blouses and thus do not typically have vests as a part of their folk costumes, which would cover the impressive fabric treatment. Smocking embroidery on the cuffs plus handmade bobbin lace around the collar. The tie ribbons on the front are considerably older than the rest of the piece as were likely reused from an earlier blouse.
