Additional Notes: Traditional hand-embroidered wool pants worn by the Podhale goral highlanders in southern Poland. Include the original maker’s tag on the inside (illegible). The techniques and traditions for making and embroidering these pants were passed down from generation to generation and only trained craftsmen had the necessary skills and knowledge to make the pants in the authentic style. Reference image included above shows a goral from Ratulow wearing a similar pair of pants.
