Condition: very good; wear to dress bodice; slits added under arms; partially open seam around armhole (currently pinned); suitable for both wear and display
Measurements (with garments laying flat):
   Jacket – across shoulders: 16″ between shoulder seams
   Jacket – across front: 22″ between underarms
   Jacket – length: 20″
   Dress – waist: 32″ around
   Dress – total length: 43″
   Dress – skirt length: 27″
   Apron – length: 23.5″
Additional Notes: A typical 20th century everyday outfit for a married woman from the Gelnica area of eastern Slovakia. The dress bodice shows the most wear and has slits added under the armholes, but this is all covered when worn together with the jacket so it is not a significant problem.
