The Czech/Slovak regions include Kyjov, Kreis Brno, Hana, Borsice, Polesovice, Rybany, Hluk, Hradcovice, Drslavec, Kunovice, Vlcnov, Nivice, Slavkov, Korytna, Lopenik, Piestany, Bosaca, and Soporna. Most of the regions include photos of the embroidery and also a pattern showing how to recreate it. Some just have the color photos.
